Incomplete, amended, draft manuscript ‘I’, 1937, comprised of typescript and manuscript, of an article, ‘Prolegomena to a Psychology of Art’, by William Ronald Dodds Fairbairn. The article is based on Fairbairn’s paper of the same title read to the British Psychological Society, Scottish Branch meeting, 6 March 1937. The typescript has been amended by Fairbairn. Folios 1-29. Amended, superseded typescript folios, 1937, of the article ‘Prolegomena to a Psychology of Art’, by William Ronald Dodds Fairbairn. The folios incorporate the amendments recorded by Fairbairn against the corresponding folios in draft ‘I’ of the article, and include Fairbairn’s further amendments, subsequently added to draft ‘II’ of the manuscript. Folios 30-33. Manuscript ‘Addendum’, 1937, of William Ronald Dodds Fairbairn, apparently relating to his ‘Prolegomena to a Psychology of Art’. Folios 34-38. Amended, draft typescript ‘II’, 1937, of the article, ‘Prolegomena to a Psychology of Art’, by William Ronald Dodds Fairbairn. The typescript is a revised version of draft manuscript ‘I’ (folios 1-29, above) and includes further amendments by Fairbairn. Folios 39-68. Two manuscript slips of additional footnotes, 1937, of William Ronald Dodds Fairbairn to be added to his ‘Prolegomena to a Psychology of Art’. The folio references on the slips relate to typescript ‘II’ of the manuscript (folios 39-68, above). Folios 69-70. Amended carbon copy of a revised typescript, 1937, of the article, ’Prolegomena to a Psychology of Art’, by William Ronald Dodds Fairbairn.
